User Registration Error

Hello,

I just installed everything and the website appears to be functioning properly.
However, when I try to register a new user, it doesn't do anything. I enter all the information required and when I press the final "Register" button it doesn't do anything. Just brings me to a blank page.
I also checked the email that's associated to the new user and there's nothing there.
I also logged in the the admin panel and there's no new users, only 1 which is me (the admin)

Please help me out with this.
